Terms and condition<\/span><\/h3>\n

  • Force Majeure means an event or circumstance not within the reasonable control, directly or indirectly, of in its ability to perform its obligations\/ responsibilities regarding the tour including.<\/li>\n
  • War, hostilities invasion, act of foreign enemies<\/li>\n
  • Rebellion, revolution, insurrection or military or usurped power or civil war<\/li>\n
  • Epidemic, Pandemic , Explosion, Fire, Flood, Earthquake or other exceptional natural calamity and Act of God.<\/li>\n
  • Ionizing radiation or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel, or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, radioactive toxic explosive, or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component of such assembly.<\/li>\n
  • Riot, commotion or disorder.<\/li>\n
  • Any act or omission of any Government instrumentality.<\/li>\n
  • A change in Legal Requirements.<\/li>\n
  • Strikes, lock outs or other industrial disturbances.<\/li>\n
  • Abnormal weather or sea conditions including tempest, lightning, hurricane, typhoon, rain & temperatures.<\/li>\n
  • In any force majeure or Act of God or any natural calamities or any reason which is beyond our control, if any extra cost arises, Guest has to pay directly on the spot, it\u2019s not included in the cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Liberty of activity:<\/span><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • We cannot assure about specific seat or birth or chair number in Railway \/ Flight \/ Ship \/ Bus \/ Small Vehicles or any mode of transportation as Railway \/ Flight \/ Ship \/ Bus \/ Small Vehicles or any mode of transportation not operated by Siaara directly.<\/li>\n
    • Company as an organization is coordinating with various independent service providers for conducting the tour. The company takes utmost precaution to ensure that the tour is comfortable. Also, Guests are updated from time to time through different media of communication in case of changes.<\/li>\n
    • Though we take maximum care neither we have no control on the mode of transport like shipping, Airline, railways, coaches, buses, taxis, hotels, restaurants, bars, Pubs, discos, guides, massage parlor, shopping malls\/shops or any all other facilities provided.<\/li>\n
    • Thus as a company we shall not be responsible for any kind of damage to the person or to the property because of these independent vendors.<\/li>\n
    • Kindly negotiate very hard before confirming services with local vendors like Horseman, Doli, and Pony, Photographer, Snow Suites, Games, Rides or any other services \/ facilities. We have no control on local vendors.<\/li>\n
    • Company may provide similar category of hotels \/ resorts \/ vehicles or any other services, if mentioned hotels \/ resorts \/ vehicles or any other services are not available at the time of booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Itinerary changes \/ Changes in the Itinerary:<\/span><\/h4>\n
        \n
      • The Company reserves the right to modify or alter the tour itinerary in case of force majeure conditions. Changes shall be informed to the guests at the earliest. Any additional charges, if applicable, are to be paid by the guest.<\/li>\n
      • Other than force majeure, for any other unavoidable circumstances, if the company curtails or cancels a certain day’s sightseeing, refund for the concerned portion of the sightseeing\/tour shall be given to the guest. The Company will not be responsible for any kind of claims.<\/li>\n
      • The Company reserves the right to change (addition\/deletion on exchange) sightseeing places for betterment of the tour program.<\/li>\n
      • If sightseeing timings aren’t adhered to or if any add-ons are required then the same will be borne by the guests.<\/li>\n
      • Sightseeing days and closing of a particular sightseeing place are not in our hand, but we try our level best to cover all the sightseeing listed in the tour program. In case if any sightseeing is closed we may give you a replacement of that place or refund may be given for that particular sightseeing place only. Sightseeing of adventurous type are totally dependent on weather. In case, the weather turns out to be unfavorable& sightseeing is not possible, refund will be given.<\/li>\n
      • Guests are requested to issue their railway, air ticket\/s only after speaking to their travel advisor. Tour particulars such as Day, Date, Time, Place, must be cross-checked prior to purchasing of tickets. Siaara shall not be liable for any loss\/ cancellation for faulty ticket issuance. The onus of repurchasing the tickets will lie solely upon the guest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The Company reserves the right to:<\/span><\/h4>\n
          \n
        • Take the booking for the group tour.<\/li>\n
        • Cancel bookings even after the acceptance of the payment without assigning any reason. In this case the company shall refund the money to the guest.<\/li>\n
        • Dismiss any guest from the tour for misbehavior especially if it affects the group and Physical or verbal assault to the Tour Manager.<\/li>\n
        • Withdraw discounts at any point of time.<\/li>\n
        • Change hotel and\/tour program due to unavoidable circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
